• - Know the expected cost and risk associated with the treatment.
• - Request for changing the doctor to get a second opinion.
• - To ask for respect the cultural and spiritual beliefs.

Responsibilities of Patients:

Every patient is responsible for:

• - Providing genuine and authentic personal information such as medical health, past illness, use of medications and many more.
• - Following the prescribed medications and treatment plan recommended by the doctor.
• - Informing about the challenges that have come up after the treatment such as pain and discomfort.
• - Informing about the effectiveness of the treatment to the doctor and nursing staffs.
• - Following the rules and regulations of the hospital
• - Taking care of your belongings within the hospital premises.

Hospital Facilities:

• - The hospital provides its patients with a wide range of rooms for healthy recovery which include economy beds, general beds, premium rooms and deluxe rooms.
• - Every ward is equipped with fire safety alarms and sprinklers for emergencies.
• - The hospital offers emergency services for overcoming any kind of medical emergency with effective care and treatment.
• - We accept all of your medical claims and reimbursement facilities. However, we do not offer cashless services.
• - We do offer parking facilities within our hospital premises.
• - We offer a 24x7 ambulance service that can be acquired by patients at a minimal cost.

General Guidelines:

• - The visiting hours for the patients are 10 am - 12 pm & 4 pm-6 pm.
• - Due to hospital policies medical team might ask visitors to leave the rooms during tests and treatments.
• - To ensure full safety of the patient the number of visitors may be limited.
• - It is advised to maintain silence within the hospital premises
• - We follow the principles of the 'No Tipping' policy and request not to tip any of our employees.
• - Admission without permission is prohibited except for medical staff.
• - To prevent any kind of infection and spread of disease it is advised to not sit on the patient's bed.
